Ingredients
**For the Sliders:**
1 pack (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
2 cups cooked turkey (shredded or sliced)
1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
8 slices provolone, Swiss, or mozzarella cheese
½ cup stuffing or dressing (optional)
**For the Garlic Butter Glaze:**
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment.
2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally (keep rolls connected). Place bottom half in dish.
3. Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, and stuffing over bottom half.
4. Top with other half of rolls.
5. Mix butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and poppy seeds. Brush over tops.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–7 minutes more.
7. Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.
Notes
Use leftover ham or rotisserie chicken as a swap for turkey.
To avoid soggy bottoms, layer cranberry between meat and cheese.
